Curt Feuer

Curt R. Feuer, Esq., Chairman - Received a B.S in Accounting from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York (1968), a J.D. from Boston University (1971), and an L.L.M from Boston University (1975). Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Feuer worked in the tax department at Arthur Andersen and Company. In 1974, Mr. Feuer founded Kassler & Feuer, P.C., a full service law firm of 35 Attorneys and a total staff of 90, where he was the Managing Director for over 20 years and specialized in the area of taxation and corporate law. Mr. Feuer left Kassler & Feuer in October 1999 to devote his full attention to Orsett. Mr. Feuer has been involved with the acquisition, development, leasing and management of over 10 million square feet of retail, office and industrial real estate across the United States. Mr. Feuer, in addition, has been a Director of various corporations including Safety 1st, Inc., Boston Private Bank and Trust Company, Digitas.com, Wang Center for the Performing Arts, The Learning Center for Deaf Children and Tenacre Country Day School, and served as Chairman of the Better Homes Foundation. Mr. Feuer currently serves on the board of the Scottsdale Healthcare Foundation, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) Arizona Chapter, serves on the Private Developers Forum for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). crf@orsett.com

Michael Freret

Michael W. Freret, Chief Executive Officer – Mike re-joined Orsett in 2008 as Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and success of all of Orsett's various projects and businesses. Prior to Orsett, Mike worked for Duke Realty Corporation, and spearheaded its westward expansion as Senior Vice President of its new Arizona Operations. During his two years at Duke, Mike focused primarily on warehouse/distribution projects, and developed properties with a cumulative value of over $125 million, including 1.8 million square feet of leases with Amazon.com. In 2004 Mike joined Opus West Corporation as Director of Development, where he directed over 2 million square feet of new projects, including high-rise office, retail, and industrial developments, as well as office and industrial projects on Native American ground leases. Mike began his career as a real estate lawyer in Arizona at Snell & Wilmer, the state's largest law firm. He left Snell to join a boutique real estate firm in 1996 of which Orsett was a client. Mike originally joined Orsett as a Development Associate and Counsel in 1998, and assisted in the development and management of over 2 million square feet of office, light industrial and retail projects. Mike earned his Bachelor's degree at Colby College in 1991 and his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 1995. michael.freret@orsett.com

Robert E. Stoloff, Chief Financial Officer – Received a M.S. in accounting from Bentley College (1978) and a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (1971). Prior to joining Orsett, Mr. Stoloff was the Chief Financial Officer for One to One Interactive, BeNow and Digitas (formerly Bronner.com), all marketing companies, as well as the Chief Operating Officer of National Market Share, a political telemarketing Company based in New York City. Mr. Stoloff was responsible for the financing and real estate transactions for his previous companies. Mr. Stoloff has been the Chief Financial Officer at Orsett for six years and is a member of Financial Executives International. stoloff@orsett.com

David J. Shreeve, CPA, Senior Vice President-Finance – Mr. Shreeve began his career with the Internal Revenue Service in 1987, coinciding with his work to earn his degrees in Accounting. Mr. Shreeve received both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s. degree in Accounting from Weber State University, Ogden, Utah. Mr. Shreeve’s early career was highlighted with progressively responsible positions at notable companies such as Ernst & Young LLP, and Bell Sports. Mr. Shreeve expanded his industry experience in accounting, operations and management with supervisory positions at Evans Withycombe Residential, Equity Residential Properties and Samoth Capital Corporation. More recently, Mr. Shreeve attained top-level financial management positions of SVP and CFO with real estate investment companies Sterling Centrecorp Inc. and Loreto Bay Company. Mr. Shreeve’s experience includes expertise in both U.S. and multi-national compliance and taxation in residential, retail, commercial, hospitality and multi-family real estate in both the public and private sectors. davids@orsett.com

Peter G. Santin, Esq., General Counsel - Received an A.B, in history from Harvard College, summa cum laude, in 1976 and a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1981. Mr. Santin has practiced law for nearly 25 years with the law firms of Snell & Wilmer and Santin, Poli, & Ball P.L.C., focusing on all aspects of real estate, including complex development transactions, sports and entertainment facility development, low-income tax credit housing, the acquisition of distressed property portfolios (both debt and equity), and the organization of real estate business entities such as joint ventures and limited liability companies. During this time his clients, in addition to Orsett, included Target Corporation, Bank of America, Perini Land and Development Company, Mark-Taylor, Inc., Southwest Value Partners, and Mack-Cali Realty Corporation. Mr. Santin represents Orsett in real estate related matters.

Steve Vincent, Senior Vice President – Steve has worked in the construction industry in various capacities since 1986. After working in several trade fields, Steve received a B.S. in Construction Management from Arizona State University in 1995. The curriculum in that program stressed the management and engineering / structural design aspects of construction. Steve graduated at the top of the program. He began his post-degree professional career in construction working for a national homebuilder. He was involved in both offsite construction analysis of residential subdivisions and onsite single family home construction. He was involved in the construction of over 200 residences ranging in size from 1,800 to almost 7,000 square feet, and has significant experience in higher end homes and finishes. In 1998, Steve ventured into commercial construction. He has held the positions of Project Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, Project Superintendent, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager, and has worked on projects ranging from small tenant improvements to multi-story office shells with parking structures. Steve has worked with Orsett for over 6 years. His work with Orsett has included management of the tenant improvement process, land development feasibility analysis, and management of shell development. vincent@orsett.com

Steve Ridgell, Designated Broker/ Senior Facilities Manager – Mr. Ridgell has been with Orsett for approximately 18 years and has over 35 years of property management expertise in all areas of commercial and residential administration, and holds an Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) management certification. Prior to joining Orsett, Mr. Ridgell managed the entire Arizona real estate portfolio for Columbia Savings and Loan of Kansas (8 years). He started his career in apartment management. Mr. Ridgell is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Arizona and serves as Orsett’s Designated Broker of Record. ridgell@orsett.com

Scott Feuer, Vice President of Sales & Acquisitions – Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Boston College, Carroll School of Management (2001). Mr. Feuer has been with Orsett since 2005, assisting with the acquisition, disposition, and management of Orsett’s real estate pursuits. Jeff Scott, LEED A.P., Construction Manager - Jeff graduated from Boston College in 2001 with BA degree. He joined Orsett in 2005. At Orsett he serves as Construction Manager. Jeff works daily managing new development projects and tenant improvement work in existing buildings. Prior to joining Orsett, Jeff worked for a general contractor in Massachusetts. jscott@orsett.com
